Validity of Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to customers of the Nupu online store (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and Nupu Learning OÜ (hereinafter referred to as Nupu) concerning the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods.
In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products from the Nupu online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Nupu reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and prices. Such changes will be reflected on the Nupu website.
Complaints about non-compliance or defects must be submitted within two months of discovering the issue.
All complaints will be reviewed, and the Client will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
Placing an Order
- Select the products you wish to purchase from the online store and add them to your shopping cart by clicking "ADD TO CART."
- Open the shopping cart to adjust the quantity of products or remove products from the cart.
- Once all desired products are added, click "PLACE ORDER."
- Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*). You must also agree to the terms of use and privacy policy.
- After placing the order, payment can be made either by bank transfer based on the invoice or via the payment link provided by Montonio Finance UAB. The invoice will be sent to the Client’s email after completing the order.
Pricing Information
- The currency of the online store is Euro (€).
- Product prices include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Nupu is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees applied to the Client, who bears full responsibility for such charges.
- Delivery options include VAT (22%):
- Parcel locker: €3.04
- Courier: €5.07
Delivery
Once the sales agreement takes effect (after the Client pays the invoice), Nupu will prepare the order and hand it over to the logistics partner, Itella, for delivery.
Nupu processes orders twice a week:
- Monday: Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are shipped.
- Thursday: Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday are shipped.
On these days, the order is handed over to Itella, and their delivery times then apply. The maximum delivery time from order placement is seven business days.
For timely delivery, please ensure that the delivery information provided during checkout is accurate.
If products (but not the packaging) are damaged during transport, they will be replaced for the Client. If replacement is not possible, the cost of the damaged product will be reimbursed.
Nupu is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to logistics partners on time, but delays are caused by circumstances beyond Nupu's control or foreseeability.
Payment Methods
Products can be paid for:
- Via a payment link sent to the Client's email.
- Through an online banking link provided by Montonio Finance UAB.
Nupu Learning OÜ acts as the controller of personal data. Nupu provides Montonio Finance UAB with personal data necessary for payment processing.
Conclusion of the Sales Agreement
The sales agreement takes effect once the total order amount is credited to Nupu Learning OÜ's account.
Right of Return
- The Client has the right to return ordered products within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
- Upon withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Client will be reimbursed for the product cost and initial delivery charges.
- The Client bears the cost of returning the product unless the delivered product differs from the order.
To return a product, a return request must be sent to nupu@nupu.eu within 14 days of receiving the product. Nupu will contact the Client to coordinate the return as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
The refund for returned goods will be processed after the returned goods have been inspected, but no later than within 14 days.
Force Majeure
Nupu is not liable for damages or delays in product delivery caused by circumstances beyond Nupu Learning OÜ's control or foreseeability.
Privacy and Data Security
Nupu Learning OÜ is the controller of personal data. Nupu provides Montonio Finance UAB with personal data necessary for payment processing.
Information and personal data collected during visits to Nupu.eu and while placing orders are treated confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties.
Encrypted communication with banks during payment ensures the security of the Client’s personal bank credentials, which Nupu does not access.
Complaints Procedure
Nupu is responsible for any non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the Client that become apparent within two (2) years from the date of delivery to the Client.
Nupu is not responsible for defects caused by improper storage or use by the Client. Defects include issues with the product but not with the packaging.
If the product is non-compliant or defective, the Client has the right to request a replacement with a compliant product or withdraw from the sales agreement and return the goods at Nupu's expense. Upon withdrawal, Nupu will refund the amount paid for the goods, including delivery costs, to the Client's desired bank account within 30 days after the product is returned and inspected.
